Who can join? Everyone is welcome right now. Groups will be formed depending on number of participants.

Where and where are the practices? Practices vary, please join our Facebook page to receive notifications and communicate with other players.

What do I need to do? Either show up at practice wearing gym attire or e-mail us and we can answer any questions you have.

What if I don't know how to play yet? That's great. Come out and we'll show you!

Is there a cost ? Everyone must become a member of USATH and everyone chips in $20 per month to pay for gym rental. The team is trying to get sponsors to help defray costs.
